A little background on Dave:
I have worked with Dave since I met him while working on a home purchase for a mutual friend in 2004, but he has been in business since 1996, first with his own company Choice Mortgage and now with Wintrust Mortgage. In 2008, as the mortgage markets were changing, Dave made the switch to work with a larger organization to be able to offer even more financing options to clients like FHA & VA mortgages, reverse mortgages, alternative investor financing, and commercial loans.
