I started selling real estate in 1983. In my 25+ years in the business I have gained valuable experience selling homes in a wide range of market conditions. I have sold in sellers markets and buyers markets with interest rates as high as 18%.
My son Nick Archer, also a Realtor, has partnered with me since 2002 and is managing all aspects of the business day-to-day.
